PINNACLE CONSTRUCTION SOFTWARE
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Who we are and what this policy covers
Pinnacle Construction Software is a brand of ibuildyouwin LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Pinnacle Construction Software. Pinnacle Construction Software is built by ibuildyouwin. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean ibuildyouwin LLC.
This policy describes personal information collected through our public marketing website, pinnacleconstructionsoftware.com, and related demo inquiries. It does not govern information processed inside licensed software or under a separate customer agreement. Contact ibuildyouwin at hello@ibuildyouwin.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
When you request a demo, contact us, or send an email, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email, company, role, phone number if you provide one, and message, together with our correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, payment details, or confidential information belonging to others.
Our hosting systems may record ordinary technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, referring pages, timestamps, and error or security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to questions and demo requests; arrange and follow up on demonstrations; communicate about Pinnacle Construction Software; operate, maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the website; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
You may opt out of promotional emails by using an unsubscribe instruction in the email or by writing to hello@ibuildyouwin.com. We will honor marketing opt-outs as required by law. We may still send nonpromotional messages needed to answer your inquiry or fulfill a legal obligation. Requesting a demo is not a purchase or subscription.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help us host and operate the website, handle email, or respond to inquiries, for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the website and investigate misuse. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies needed for basic operation, remembering necessary preferences, and preventing misuse. Your browser generally lets you control or delete cookies; blocking necessary cookies may affect website functions.
If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will first update this policy to identify the tools and providers, describe the information collected and its purposes, and explain available choices. We will obtain consent or provide opt-out controls where applicable law requires them.
Maps, embedded content, and third-party links
If you load or interact with an embedded map or other third-party content, the provider may receive information such as your IP address, browser details, and interaction information, and may use its own cookies. Its handling of that information is governed by its privacy policy. Linked websites have their own policies; this policy does not govern their independent practices.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the nature of the inquiry, ongoing communications, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We then delete or de-identify it, subject to backup cycles and legally permitted retention.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will provide notice of a qualifying breach as required by applicable law, including Delaware’s breach-notification law when it applies.
Your privacy choices and state rights
You may ask us about your information or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@ibuildyouwin.com. Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers our activities, California and other US state laws may give you rights to know about or access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, and opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Some laws also allow an authorized agent to act for you or permit an appeal of a denied request.
We do not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will honor applicable opt-out preference signals where required by law. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding, and legal exceptions may limit a request. We will explain a denial and any applicable appeal process; you may send an appeal to the same email address. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Children’s privacy
The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the updated policy with a new last-updated date and provide additional notice when required by law.
